The MightyMount is the first ever “machine-grade” display
and keyboard mounting. In sharp contrast to “office
grade” products, the MightyMount is built from sturdy
cast aluminum for demanding industrial applications.
Vertical positioning is quick and secure with smooth, counter-balanced
adjustability. The display and keyboard stay
perfectly level as they travel
vertically, and they can be repositioned effortlessly with
one hand. Once the display and keyboard are in the ideal
position,
they can be locked in place easily and securely.
Swiveling action at either end allows the display and keyboard
to be
positioned
precisely
and to
even
fold
tight to the mounting surface. The tilting display mounting
accepts the industry standard VESA pattern, and the keyboard
tray is available with a detachable mouse tray.
Choose from 12" of vertical adjustment with the standard MightyMount, or 16" of vertical travel with the new Extended MightyMount.
Resistive
Touchscreen (for 90% of all touchscreen applications)
The resistive touchscreen uses a glass panel overlay with a uniform resistive
coating. A polyester coversheet is tightly suspended over the top of
the glass, separated by small, transparent insulating dots. The coversheet
has a hard durable coating on the outer side and a conductive coating
on the inner side. When the screen is touched, the conductive coating
makes electrical contact with the coating on the glass. The voltages
produced are the analog representation of the position touched. The controller
digitizes these voltages and transmits them to the computer for processing.
